1. Purpose
FoxMeld provides image, video and music creation, product image processing, and ecommerce insights. This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) protects users and the public and addresses applicable law and the requirements of payment, model, and other service providers. It applies to prompts, uploaded materials, product links, and other uses of the Service. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy and the Terms of Service.
2. Strictly Prohibited Content
You must not submit, upload, generate, or distribute the following content, or use the Service for the following activities:
- Pornographic, nude, sexually suggestive, or prostitution-related content, whether realistic or stylized;
- Content that sexualizes, abuses, exploits, or otherwise endangers minors. We may immediately restrict accounts for such serious violations and report them to the relevant authorities where required by law;
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or face swaps, and deepfakes used to deceive, impersonate, or infringe another person’s rights;
- Extreme violence, gore, terrorist propaganda, self-harm instructions, or animal abuse content;
- Hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin;
- Instructions or promotion of illegal activity, including content relating to the manufacture of weapons, drugs, cyberattacks, fraud, or evasion of law enforcement;
- Content that infringes the copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights of others, as well as disinformation, spam, or content that impersonates others;
- Malware, mass scraping, reverse engineering, stress testing, or any activity that disrupts the stable operation of the Service and its infrastructure.
- Using a VPN, proxy, falsified or concealed location, false account information, account sharing, or other technical or organizational means to circumvent applicable law, sanctions or export controls, model-provider policies, regional restrictions, content screening, account permissions, or other access controls.
3. Automated Screening
When automated moderation is enabled, text prompts for image and video generation undergo safety screening before generation. Requests found to violate the rules are blocked without being submitted for generation or reserving credits. Requests subject to enabled moderation are also temporarily blocked if the moderation service is unavailable or a decision cannot be confirmed. Automated screening cannot guarantee detection of every violation. You must comply with this Policy whether or not moderation is enabled or a request passes screening.
In addition to content screening, we may enforce access restrictions based on the country or region of request origin, account status, and the rules of the selected model or its provider. A model may remain visible in a catalog or selector, but an ineligible request will be rejected at submission; a regional-restriction rejection does not create a generation job or deduct credits.
4. Enforcement
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may respond to violations with warnings, blocked requests, content removal, or account suspension or termination, and report to the competent authorities where required by law. Serious violations may be addressed without prior warning. These measures do not affect refund or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.
5. Reporting Violations
If you discover that the Service has generated content violating this Policy, or that your likeness or work has been misused, please report it to the email address below, along with the relevant link or task ID. We will review and take action within a reasonable period.
6. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Policy in response to laws, changes to the Service, or provider requirements and will display the updated date on this page. We will communicate material changes through appropriate channels. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance, without affecting rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
